This sake was originally made by the brewery for the birth of Princess Aiko of the Japanese royal family, and was also used by the Japanese royal family to serve important guests at state banquets. The taste of ginjo is like a mildly bitter, grape-like and yuzu-like sake with a steady aroma. The brewery uses Yamada Nishiki to make this sake, which is 50% refined rice, and it is stored at zero temperature for one year to mature.

Uses a UV-cut transparent bottle, and the label is shiny gold. You can see that the color of the sake in the transparent bottle is a light golden color.
When the store owner first saw this delicious-looking appearance, he was driven by the urge to open one bottle.
However, the first shipment that came to Sanoya was small, and at the time, it was a limited item and the number was small. Therefore, I have a memory that I endured the opening of the first arrival.
"Bon GOLD" is a sake made from Junmai Daiginjo unpasteurized sake that has been adjusted and aged at -10 degrees Celsius, and then bottled and pasteurized at the shipping stage to seal in the mellow taste of the season. (It is so-called raw sake.)
Since it is pure sake that has not been filtered at all as it is squeezed, it contains a small amount of white sediment, which is the original ingredient of sake.
In addition, it features a pale golden color due to adjusted aging, and in order to express this color, we used a UV-cut transparent bottle, and the label was also made to match the color of the sake.
